I am a freelance designer and website developer with a background in fine art. I graduated college with a BFA and then spent three years as a muralist and decorative painter, traveling throughout the East Coast. After seven years of fine art, it was time for a new career path and I returned to a childhood hobby of building websites. Back then, tables were in and my sci-fi fan websites were just for fun. Today, CSS controls layout and fan pages are full time jobs. It took a year of research to catch up to the current world of web design, search engine optimization strategies and online marketing, but today I can offer you the capabilities of XHTML, XML, CSS, and JSP along with some PHP and SQL features.
